About The Park

Welcome to Mountain View RV Park
Your oasis in the Arizona desert. Here at Mountain View, our location in the valley is perfect for both short and long term stays. Each of our RV sites is equipped with 30/50 amp power, full hookups, level pads, and access to onsite amenities like clean showers, laundry, and a community clubhouse. We’re also pet-friendly, with fenced dog runs so your pup can stretch their legs.
Plus, our name comes from the park’s sweeping views of the Huachuca Mountains and we can assure you, that backdrop that never really gets old. We look forward to welcoming you to this incredible corner of Arizona.
Your Gateway to Tombstone, Sierra Vista, and Beyond
Staying at Mountain View RV Park puts you in one of southern Arizona’s most interesting pockets. Just up the road, Tombstone is a living piece of history where you can grab lunch in a saloon that’s been serving travelers for over a century. About forty minutes south, Bisbee surprises most visitors. The town’s former copper mines now house art galleries, live music, and cute little cafés. Sierra Vista is right around the corner and combines plenty of dining and shopping options with wide-open spaces for hiking, cycling, and birding.
And Mountain View RV Park gives you a front-row seat to all of it. A quiet home base surrounded by some of the desert’s top area attractions.
Settle In and Stay a While
Some of our guests come to Mountain View RV Park for a season of work, others for a stretch of winter sunshine, and some just to slow down and see what desert life feels like. However long you’re here, the park’s setup makes it easy to feel right at home. Each full-hookup site includes 30/50-amp power, level concrete pads, and reliable Wi-Fi, with clean showers, laundry facilities, and a community clubhouse nearby.
Many of our extended-stay guests work in nearby industries like mining, energy, and at Fort Huachuca, where the short commute makes life a little easier at the end of the day.
And our snowbirds love it here for the same reasons locals do. The days stay warm enough for golf at Mountain View Golf Course in Sierra Vista or a crisp hike through Coronado National Memorial. You can spend the morning outside without a jacket, grab lunch in town, and still make it back in time to catch the sunset from your site. Winters hover in the 60s and 70s with clear skies almost every day.
No matter the reason for your extended visit, we’re looking forward to helping you settle in!
