Our monthly rates give you the flexibility to stay for a season, a work assignment, or as long as you’d like to enjoy the surrounding area. Many of our long-term guests come from nearby industries like mining, energy, and Fort Huachuca, and appreciate having a comfortable, well-kept space to return to after a long day.
Everything at the park is designed with extended stays in mind. Each site has full hookups with 30/50-amp service, level concrete pads, and reliable Wi-Fi to keep you connected. The showers are spotless, the laundry is easy to access, and the clubhouse gives you plenty of space to unwind or chat with neighbors. There’s also a fenced dog run for your pup to stretch their legs at the end of a long day.
When you’re not working, there’s plenty to explore within a short drive of the park. Tombstone keeps its Old West spirit alive with historic saloons and live reenactments for those curious about the area’s deep history. Bisbee is also an easy weekend trip, full of art galleries, quirky shops, and hillside views that usually surprise anyone who’s never been. Or spend a day off at Kartchner Caverns, where guided underground tours take you through an ancient cave system.
