What surprises most visitors about this part of Arizona is how much there is to see and do. It’s not just open desert and mountains for miles (although there is plenty of that if that’s your speed!) Drive twenty minutes north and you’ll find Tombstone, a small town that still looks straight out of an old western movie, complete with saloon doors and live gunfight reenactments. Head the other direction and Bisbee feels like a completely different world, all steep hills, art galleries, and colorful homes stacked along the mountainside streets.
